What you are responsible for

Owning and driving improvement in all key product metrics (i.e. registrations, conversions, email engagement, revenue per visitor, member lifetime value, etc)
Guiding product strategy with a primary focus on blending world-class user experience with effective monetization
Working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, business development, SEO, etc to drive growth and profitability

What we are looking for

Proven success in getting users to move from online researchers to online purchasers
Proven success in managing and improving the core user metrics for an online consumer-facing business
Demonstrated ability to think creatively to come up with new ideas for improving metrics, combined with ability to assess performance analytically and make data-driven decisions
Experience using online testing frameworks (A/B testing, etc)
Experience managing and developing a long-term online relationship, including the use of emails/notifications to stay connected with members
Proven success improving email engagement metrics (i.e. open rates, unsubscribe rates, click rates, etc)
Demonstrated track record of defining, developing, and launching consumer-facing online products that are extremely successful from both a user-value and business-model perspective
Experience with products requiring presentation of complex data/information sets
Strong skills in problem definition and strategies
Team player with excellent communication skills both oral and written.
